Here is an interesting video I found.

Pickled green tomatoes in Arkansas!

Place a whole large onion cut into rings or half rings and the cut tomatoes in a bowl cover with 1/2 cup of Kosher Salt and ice cubes and place in fridge for 4 hours.

Recipe!
5 lbs Green Tomatoes
2 Table Spoons Pickling Spice
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Table Spoons Minced Garlic
2 1/2 Cups of White Vinegar
4 1/2 Cups of of Sugar
1 Cup of tap water
Boil until dissolved.
